Under James Tenaglia Jr.‘s leadership, the Tenaglia Property Group has undergone significant expansion and transformation. He has strategically diversified the firm’s investments beyond Williamsburg, acquiring exclusive properties in the Hamptons, Manhattan, and other coveted areas across New York State and spearheaded a comprehensive quality revamp, revitalizing and streamlining the the entire organization.
James refocused the company’s aim from dated, old school-style designs and architecture to modern luxury finishes, and contemporary state-of-the-art construction. Elevating the caliber and scope of our suite of properties has propelled TPG into new and expanding markets in the New York real estate world, setting new standards of excellence and aggressive growth for the organization.
